Following the demise of the late King, Olufon of Ifon-Orolu Land, HRH, OBA AL-MAROOF ADEKUNLE MAGBAGBEOLA, OLUMOYERO II, it's not expedient for the throne to suffer vacancy as it calls for responsibility chartered to it's demands, however in taking the responsibility, one must be well aware what it calls to serve in that capacity where the affairs of the Land lapse on his shoulder. 

On this note, I commend the crew of Kingmakers for their urgent preparations in making the process a more quick one. 

However, the current state of the nation and considering the atmosphere of this day, it's crystally clear that the only way forward for projecting the progress of our land forward lapse on the shoulder of the youth not only because they have the strength for it but because they're so flexible to take up the arms of advice from the elders and are prone to additive corrective measures.

Talking about Youth Taking Over the leadership and allowing the influence of the youth saturating the atmosphere to yield the course of happening in the land, the Throne needs a man who doesn't just contribute his own quota at one point or the other but such a man who has lived in the land, adaptive with the wishes of the land and have adequate knowledge of the Cultural Heritage and their importance in the land to take over. 

The Youth taking over the mantle of kingship of Olufon Royal Stool is a sign of natural change that must be inclined on. The breath from the Almighty and the gods of the land has make a reference on the youth to saddle the responsibility and here in Ifon-Orolu is not an exclusive that is why their is an availability of the youth on this cause. 

Leaving the good for the best, and leaving the best for the right is not only for what'd be of effective today, but also a reference of history by the posterity tomorrow. Giving optimum chance for the youth to take over is an additional advantage and an avail for the land to induce on the cause of progressive manner, LET'S YOUTH TAKE OVER THE MANTLE OF OLUFON ROYAL STOOL OF IFON-OROLU. 

Considering the outcome from the leadership and kingship of youth reign in this Yoruba Land, we can vouch to be among the best progressive tribe in Nigeria and the changes of Kingship tred to Youthful reign has resulted to an avail of successful, progressive, and positive changes in our respective neighboring land here in Yoruba Land as a whole. 

Leaving comparation and facing the realities, the youth have higher chance of dedicative to a course especially such as leadership than any other party to be considered, the best option to face is not other party than the youth. Let youth reign on the Royal Stool of Ifon-Orolu being the next Olufon of Ifon-Orolu Land, this is the best choice the land can ever considered.

Prince Oyewusi Idris Abiodun popularly known as Focus, a key contestants that must be literally considered for the seat of Olufon of Ifon-Orolu Land, he already promised during his presentation by the Odumolu Rulling House of Oluronbi Compound to the Kingmakers to carry along, yielding to the directive of guidance of the Chiefs, Elders and the Youth especially being a key factor in building New Ifon Orolu to be an influence of greatness in the sight of the whole world to see. He identifies the youth as a tool to be considered for the development of a community. 

Youth being the future of any society, state or country, it's pertinently needed to put a youth to be on the sovereignty throne in order to set in order the priority procedures that will leads to the establishment of new Ifon-Orolu empire as a whole. 

Prince Oyewusi Idris Abiodun also affirmed that Odunolu Rulling house of Oluronbi compound is the family who according to the 1979 Declaration is the next Ruling House to produce Olufon of Ifon after Oba Almaroof Magbagbeola Olumoyero11, he now urge everyone to debunk any rumour that Odunolu oluronbi is spilited and unsettled.

Once again, he commends the Kingmakers who have being working tirelessly to put things in their rightful manners for the enthronement of new King in Ifon-Orolu Land. However, He, Prince Oyewusi Idris Abiodun FOCUS who has being contributing his ardent quota to the progress of the Land and it's crystally clear that he's having the seal and mantle of heaven to rule the land to a progressive platform. Fear being the greatest enemy

Has a feature comprising it

Thousands of word could not suffix how much I celebrates you everyday as the impact you take in diversity of level I exist today are immeasurable.

Result Oriented Prayers

 TEXT:- James 5:17-18

"Elias was a man subject to like passions as we are, and he prayed earnestly that it might not rain: and it rained not on the earth by the space of three years and six months.

And he prayed again, and the heaven gave rain, and the earth brought forth her fruit." James 5:17-18.

 INTRODUCTION

Prayer is simply, man talking to God and God talking to man in response. Prayer is telling God His mind towards you or on whatever you are praying for.

Today, believers are busy in prayers but are busy doing nothing. Much prayers but little to show for it because many are praying amiss and many are not praying for kingdom ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts".

Adam and Eve never prayed when they had the best of relationship with God hence, all they needed was provided but after their fall there was need for prayers because man saw his emptiness and wretchedness and the need for supernatural help and at the time Enos was born, man began to pray.

"And to Seth, to him also there was born a son; and he called his name Enos: then began men to call upon the name of the LORD" Gen. 4:26.

I. BIBLICAL MEANINGS OF PRAYER:

1. Asking God for a thing according to His perfect will in the scriptures. I Joh. 5:14.

2. Telling God His Mind over a particular issue or situation. I Cor. 2:9-10.

3. Confessing God's Word over a particular situation or issue. Ps. 119:9-11.

4. Communing and Fellowshipping with God on "Father - Son relationship".

5. Positively thinking over a particular issue or situation. Eph. 3:20.

II. RESULT ORIENTED PRAYERS ARE:

1. Prayers that change sinners to saints: The greatest result that prayers can bring is to get sinners converted, come to the saving knowledge of God and establish them in the kingdom.

2. Prayers that transform lives and make believers true disciples of Christ: Prayers that are worthwhile should build believers into becoming strong men and pillars in God's kingdom.

3. Prayers that positively change situations and events: Prayers that are fervent should cause change and turnaround of difficult situations and terrifying events.

4. Prayers that bring down God's power and presence: Prevailing prayers bring down God's presence upon a particular area, people, event, gathering, Worship Service and even the nation at large.

5. Prayers that cause Revival and reawakening of souls to seek the True God in holiness and righteousness: Prayers are to be instrumental to bringing down true Revival upon an individual, people, nation and in deed the whole world. It causes people to seek God in truth and in spirit.

6. Prayers that destroy curses, break evil covenants, heal the sick, open the eyes of the blind, raise the dead, etc. Fervent and prevailing prayers destroy the power and kingdom of darkness and establish the kingdom of God in people's lives, a village, in a town, in a city and in a nation.

7. Prayers that bring Presidents of nations, Governors, Kings, the rich, the educated, etc to their knees for Christ. Unstoppable and vehement prayers are capable of bringing highly placed individuals to their knees for Christ.

 III. KINDS OF PRAYERS

 Prayers of:

i. Faith. 

ii. Command.

iii. Authority.

iv. Forgiveness. 

v. Praise and Thanksgiving.             

vi. Confession. 

vii. Agreement.

viii. Intercession.

ix. Blessing.

x. Dedication/Rededication.

xi. Healing/Deliverance, etc.

Ingredients for Results Oriented Prayers. (What does it take to have Results Oriented Prayers):

1. Prayer must be based on God's Perfect Will: God's perfect will must be sought and understood before approaching God's throne on any issue. I Joh. 5:14.

2. Prayer must be purposeful and Intentional. Not casual or accidental: Prayers must not be a show off or as a mere mental or physical exercise. It must be for a reason. Dan. 1:8.

3. Prayer must be said from a pure heart (pure thoughts) and clean hands (clean actions, character, habits, speech and attitude): God does not answer the prayers of a sinner. Ps. 24:3-4.

4. Prayer must be rendered in strong Faith: Faith is seeing the way God sees. God sees no impossibility. Faith is acting on God's Word. It is taking God for His Words. Mark 11:22-23.

5. Prayer must be full of Great Convictions: It is must be without any iota of doubt. Prayers must be said with a "made up heart". Jam. 5:16.

6. Prayer must be Continual and Consistent: There is No Break, No Leave and No Holiday in prayers: Prayers must be constant and consistent. Prayers must go on until Christ comes. Lk. 18:1, I Thess. 5:17. Fervent and result oriented prayers must be rendered continually and consistently.

7. Prayer must involve agreement in  the spirit amongst Brethren: No denominationalism, no unforgiveness, no bitterness, no discord, no rancour, no envy, no superiority complex and division: Cooperate prayers are hindered in the atmosphere of disunity and discord. Eph. 4:3-4.

8. Prayer must involve an expectation (hope) for answer: There are two sides to a coin. Faith is a side to a coin and hope is the other side of the coin in regards to results oriented prayers. Hope pushes and pulls the answers to prayers down against all odds. Ps. 62:5.

 CONCLUSION :  You are to pray in God's Will, purposefully from a pure heart, in faith and in agreement with other believers. And surely your prayers will begin to bring positive results in Jesus name.

A TURN UP FOR THE BOOKS

 

Why not turn a new leaf?

Pick up that book by your bed.

Learn something new about other things.

Bring a story to life in your head.

For a book can open up a world

That springs to life from the page.

A book can amuse,

A book can upset,

A book can prompt feelings of rage.

A character can somehow seem real

As if you have met them before.

The best books are the ones you cannot put down...

And leaves you wanting for more.

Make no mistake, a film can be great.

The special effects are immense.

But all the best films spring from the best books.

Come on! You know it makes sense!

A film will keep on playing

If you go to the kitchen or loo.

But a book will sit, patiently waiting

For the book can't be played without you.

To read and write is critical

In these info driven times.

And you've read to this point in the poem

Or others would say it's a rhyme.

But reading is more than just functional.

It doesn't just help us exist.

And if you are feeling skeptical,

Perhaps you don't know what you've missed.

Books can be truly magical;

I hope I have given that hint.

So why not try reading and reading for pleasure,

Those messages hidden in print?

ALAS! TIMELY AGENDA

 

Tick tack, I hear the sound of the clock as the pointer moves. Maybe if you listen well you can hear it too. This sound gives alert to everyone that cares to listen, that every single second counts. Sensation is what is constant to all the listeners so my question is what do you perceive per sound?

It is expected of every God's kingdom citizen to perceive the divine agenda per time.

Some never care to hear, becoming deaf to it and some just watch alone as the time changes.

Father never expect any citizen to be deaf or insensitive, this was seen as Jesus open the hearing sense of a man.

I don't know the category you belong, it is not too late to cry for help.

I once asked my friend what time was it by her watch, I found out it was 5 minutes behind mine and some are even minutes ahead of mine. Whose time is actually correct?

I was taught in Geography that the time of Accra the capital of Ghana and United kingdom are standards for other countries in the World.

Can I quickly ask you how accurate you can subscribe to divine time? Oh, thank God you can sense and determine kingdom activity. My brother and sister, that is not all to it. Jesus, our perfect example demonstrated accuracy in his walk with God and because of this he was able to express God accurately.

Don't be part of the people that will talk about last month divine agenda when new wisdom of God is presently sounding. Don't let the excitement of last few minutes kingdom verdict rob you of another matter that is presently on this minute.

Be aligned, be accurate.

WHO IS A CHRISTIAN?

 According to wiktionary, a christian is an individual who seeks to live his or her life according to the principles and values taught by Jesus Christ. They can also be called those people that has an encounter with God and has sacrificed their heart to the work of God (Kolawole Adedayo, 2017). These sets of people or an individual called christian are those living with heaven in view.

      In the whole bible, the word CHRISTIAN is mentioned just in three places (Act 11:26, 26:28 and 1Pet. 4:16) which makes the name so unique and shows its worthyness.

        A person is said to be a christian when he/she exhibits all what Christ has taught us and all that is written for us in Gal. 5:22-23. He will also be able to bear his cross as Christ has commanded in Luke 9:23. Apostle Paul also enlighten us more on what to pay in being a christian as seen in Gal. 6:14.

THINGS EXPECTED TO DO AS A CHRISTIAN

Accepting Jesus as our Lord and Saviour is not what is only expected of us as a christian. There are a lot of things expected to be done in this present world, in which failure to do them, can cost us our heavenly gain/crown or even our eternal home. We would be examining 10 things expected of a real, genuine and heaven focus christian.

1. Constant soberness: 1Pet. 5:8, Act 26:25, Rom. 12:3, 2Cor. 5:13, 1Thess. 5:6-8, 1Tim. 3:11, Titus 1:8, 1Pet. 1:13, 4:7.

2. Constatnt vigilant: 1Pet. 5:8, 1Tim. 3:2

3. Constant resistance: James 4:6-7, Eph. 4:27

4. Constant holiness: Luke 1:75, Rom. 1:4, 6:22, 2Cor. 7:1, 1Thess. 4:7, Heb. 12:14

5. Grieving not the spirit: Eph. 4:30-31

6. Constant subdueing of the flesh: 1Cor. 9:25-27, Luke 9:23-25

7. Drastical surgery operation: Matthew 4:24-25, Act 3:2-9, 1Cor. 12:9, Act 10:38, Luke 9:11

8. Constant patience: James 5:7, 1:3-4, Heb. 6:12C

9. Constant obedient: James 1:19-25

10. Constant preparation: Eph. 6:11-18, Rom. 13:12, Matthew 25:1-13

In conclusion, for us to be a perfect and heaven in view christian, we must constantly be doing/carrying out heart renovation, for our heart is the temple and workshop of God and the Holy spirit.
