Good Morning, and welcome back to MMI Vol 21, it has been a while, and I hope you all are doing well. So we will be continuing our expository as we continue the remaining segment which is the second part of this year.

Yeah, today is already the 10th day of the Month, which means we are on and off the track, do not be weary to have new resolutions, your future begins now, and what will become of you is what you have already engaged in now.

I have got some reviews lately, thank you for those reaching out, and I've promised to keep the pieces short and precise, straight to the topic type, many words availeth nothing.

Good Morning and Welcomes to MMI Vol 20. In Vol 18 & 19, I've submitted tentatively what you needs to access Productivity, so I'll just be concluding my emphasis in this Vol 20.

And permit me to reminds you that "Productivity is define as the outcomes you produce, the visibility your business or you personally gets, the value acknowledge to you, and the results you command, and the influence you controls."

So far so good, I've submitted that for you to be productive, you have to work expressly on yourself, your skills, and the levels of your proficiency. You know, you cannot expect a JSS 3 student to be commanding the same results as an SS 3 student, because of the level of their experiences which in turn has built them to attain some levels of professionalism.

Same goes for you, you can be what you wants to be only if you started working on yourself, stay dedicated, be diligent, consistent, and stay focused to the path you have chosen, it doesn't happens at once, greatness is not birth, you grow into it.

Don't forget, the factor that determine higher productivity is high level of proficiency, your productivity is as a result of the skills and proficiency you have mastered.

As you go this week, be diligent, and your hands shall bear rule.

Good Morning and Welcomes to MMI Vol 19

Last week, I started my emphasis fully on Productivity, this I have started with a reference in Episode 17 where I laid my emphasis submitting that "you should focused your priorities on what will contributes greatly to your growth and personal development".

In episode 18 as well, I emphasis that "There is an un-separated nexus between your proficiency and the results you are commanding as your results is directly proportional to the level of skills you have mastered."

In continuation; Things will comes to you only when you attained a stage in your proficiency, there are some doors that will not open to you unless you have attained some certain stage of proficiency irrespective of your gift, even if you have the talent, it will not be effective, so God too will not gives you what you won't be able to access.

If you hunger for a greater stage of productivity or visibility, work on yourself and not just sit down kowtowed in prayer. It takes learning, working on necessary aspect of our lives for us to command some results we really wants.

Above every other things I've said I'll motion myself after this year is Personal Development, I've got to understand that to change what happens around me, I needs to work upon my inside and changes what happens in me, and I'm dedicated to this, and sincerely, I have been experiencing quantum leap.

Great productivity doesn't start from achieving greatness, it start from you working on yourself, things will comes for you on its own only when you qualifies for it.

Good Morning and Welcomes to MMI Vol 18 

In last episode, (published on my social handles upper last week) I wanted to start this particular emphasis before I divert and dwell mainly on you setting your priorities straight to have a productive results. I should have brings this one last week, but I postponed it because of a documentary work I was writing, I will send you the compile work soon.

As proposed, I will be writing on your proficiency and the level of your skills and how they affect your productivities.

As I always reference, there is absolutely no one in this planet earth without a particular potentials in him (You can read past volumes for more details on this), however, some of us are making great impact in our chosen field while most of us find it hard to keep up with making any effective impact let alone speaking of great.

But it is sadden that this is as a result of us and strictly not of God, most of us are suffering from what I tag "self inflicting dilemmas", because we are the causes of the problem we have and not any spiritual connection whatsoever.

With apt, have this knowledge that "there is an unseparated nexus between your proficiency and the results you will commanding". This means your results is directly proportional to the level of skills you have mastered"

Let me use myself as a typical example, being a writer, I have learnt and got it understanding that for every piece there's an idea, the moment I got the concept, to built the whole structure up will not be too harden for me, so I have set my focuses towards this aspect.

This is corresponding to every business also, you can not tell me you know about something without anything to shows for it, you can not enter any of my social handles without knowing that I'm a writer, irrespective of my schedule, I always strive to drop something in line with writing and continually doing thus will aids and increases my proficiencies in writing, and with that I'm gaining confidence in myself, not that alone, I'm also gaining confidence with the people who have constant assess to my writeups.

I don't wants to divert my attention, but with all sincerity, irrespective of the field of business you choose, try to build a high proficiency therein, it is the magnet that will brings productivity.

This is what I've learned of God and it do naturally happens to people, God will not allow any deals that you didn't have experiences to comes to you, the reason why you think those business is not growing as expected again is because you are out of potentials fuel, so you needs to build your relevancy through proficiency to meet up with the current move of things.

Don't let me burden you with lengthy paragraphs, we we will continues here next week.
