In a memo made available to our correspondence, the Stakeholder Chairman, Comr. Ajiboye Deköder accords respect to the leadership prowess and enthusiasm of greatness the SUG President has been referencing in his service to the institutional community he is governing, most especially his kind gesture towards the welfare of the student.

In the memo which was titled "BUSARI Ibrahim Olamide, the Uncommon SUG President", the Chairman commend the administration under the leadership of Comr. The President of the Senate, FUTMinna SUG SRA, Dst. Sen. Ibrahim Agbaje has commented on the palliative distributed by the SUG President in the just concluded week.

Having a President that put the interest of his followers at heart is one of the core values of leadership that cannot be enough appreciated, the initiative executed by the office of the SUG President, Comr. Busari Ibrahim Olamide PROFESSORCODED (GCOF) is indeed a job well done.

At this instance of time, as it became evidence that many students are passing through difficulties especially in feedings and such attached to it, having a leader that care for them and show such caring not only in words but also in deeds is such a blessing, and FUTMinna is one of the few institution benefiting from such.

While I appreciate the President for a job well done, I'm also using this method to inform him that this initiative had once again yield our believes in him that he will deliver tentatively, the report reaching us from the Students are encouraging, and at thus "Passing Vote of Confidence" in his administration.

Happiness became the order of the day as the SUG President distributed Palliative to the Student of Federal University of Technology, Minna Niger State.

 

As proposed, the Office of the President, Federal University of Technology, Minna under the leadership of His Excellency, Comr Busari Ibrahim Olamide PROFESSORCODED (GCOF) distributed food palliative for the Students of the institution.

The initiative which was fully sponsored by the President himself was aimed to relieved the students who are facing financial constraints as a result of the economic hardship and at the same time to mitigate the impact of the stress of the ongoing e-test in the institution.

The program being the first ever was lauded and appreciated by the Student both the beneficiary and non beneficiary, hereby rating the PROFESSORCODED - led administration as best so far in terms of welfare and administrative proceedings.

SUG PRESIDENT SET TO DISTRIBUTE FOOD PALLIATIVE TO STUDENTS

  

The Student Union President, Federal University of Technology, Minna, His Excellency, Comr Busari Ibrahim Olamide PROFCODED (GCOF) has set to distribute food palliative for 200 students of the institution.

The palliative which will be fully sponsored by him is aim to ease the student who are financially incapacitated to sustain themselves, especially as a result of this economic hardship.

The President, Comr. Busari Ibrahim Olamide (GCOF) made this known earlier today, his word read this;

"Tomorrow, in my capacity as the Student Union President, I am proud to announce that I will be distributing food palliatives to more than 200 indigent students."

This initiative will mitigate the impact of the ongoing e-tests and provide much-needed relief to those students who are facing financial hardships.

We understand that there have been concerns regarding the availability of the school fee portal, as many students are yet to complete their fee payments. I want to assure you that we are in contact with the necessary authorities to address this issue.

Please be informed that there are ongoing discussions to ensure that the school fee portal remains open until the examination period. We are aware of the challenges some of you are facing, and we are working diligently to find a solution that accommodates everyone's needs.

In the meantime, I want to dispel any rumors you might have heard about the school fee portal closing today. The school has not set a closing date for registration yet, and until further notice, the portal will remain accessible.

10. Restored the Student Union Bus for improved Transportation
11. Arranged Daily Tutorials and Mock Tests to Cushion the Effect of e-Learning on  fresh Students 
12. Represented Futminna at the NANS Zone C Convention in Anyingba, Kogi state
13. Organized Freshers Novelty Cup, SUG 5-Aside, and Harmony Cup Events

In the budget presented to the Hallow Chamber of the Student Union Government FUTMinna were special allocated segment to source for the resources whereby the Student Union Governance under the leadership of Comr. With a consensual heart of service, I welcome you all to July and the beginning of the second part of this year, we have come this far and we are sure the remaining months will be a great season of joy for us 

Sending you my courtesy, I appreciate everyone who texted and called me to commiserate with me on the death of my father, thank you for your kind words, and I appreciate it.

As promised, GK Off Campus light has been fixed after more than 8 Months of Blank Out, while we appeal your interest in the delay in fixing the blank out, we also appreciate every personality that work to effect the installation, thank you for responding to our calls when we extend our plead.

This is to inform the Fresh Students (Both Jambite and D.E Students) to report to the School Clinic on Monday 3rd Day of July for their Medical Examination 

which is a critical part of their registration process, they are expected to come each with two passports and medical forms print out from their respective portal.

This is to bring to your notice that the Matriculation Ceremony for the fresh student which was earlier scheduled for June 29th is now postponed indefinitely till further notice will be communicated, however, be informed that a later date will be communicated after the Orientation Program which is slated for 13th of July. 

As communicated earlier in our Press Broadcast, Students' ID Cards have been made available for all 100L students, there are to be collected by their respective Class Representatives at Student Affairs Division, GK. Other levels should be expecting notification which will be made available by the Student Union Director of Information, Comr. Divine Prince Daniel. It is to note that the new Students ID Card is to be used for 5 years (till graduation as the needs may be), I hereby implore everyone to take courtesy measures in safeguarding their Students ID Card.

Don't forget the long awaiting E - Test will be commencing soon, and most especially this month, "a stitch in time," they say "save nine", don't get carried away with anything outside your primary activities that brought you here to FUTMinna, wishing you success in your Academics.

On this note, the Students' Union Executives wish the entire student body a Happy New Month. 

We are all welcome into the second half of the year. As we reflect on our achievements for the first half of the year, it is important to set new goals and new intentions and have new beginnings as we all have the power to take our lives in a new direction.
